DUTIES, FUNCTIONS & AUTHORITIES

Following are the duties, functions and authorities of the Research and Development Center for Law and Justice.

DUTY

The task of Research & Development Kumdil is to carry out research and development of law and justice, cooperation between institutions at home and abroad.

FUNCTION

Develop programs, implement and evaluate and carry out cooperation and publications in the field of research and development of law and justice.

AUTHORITY

Must uphold academic values, objectivity and integrity. It must also be beneficial for the development of judicial institutions in particular and law in general.

Kumdil Research and Development

Research and development of the civil servant includes the assessment, feasibility testing of policy plans and the development of legal and judicial models / products.

Research Planning

Develop legal and judicial research and development programs and conduct research and development needs assessments.

Research Implementation

Research and development is carried out based on guidelines for conducting research as stipulated in the implementation instructions.

Evaluation

Monitor, evaluate and document and compile reports on research and development activities.

Publication

Preparing materials and conducting publications and disseminating research and development results.

Cooperation

Collaborating on research and development between institutions both at home and abroad.
